A friend of mine came to NYC for her job.
We decided to go to the baseball game togethre.
On that day was Japanese Day, and when I got off from the station, sound was Japan.
Wataiko team played Japanese Taiko (Drums).
Of course we ate Shakeshake (http://www.shakeshack.com)
Spend a great time.
Mets won the game and it was rally great moment.
Kabuki in NYC!?!?
YES.
Heisei Nakamuraza has come to show their Kabuki Show during 7/9〜7/12.
I purchase tickets and watched it.
Nakamuraza is kind of name of company and their features is combine historical kabuki and modern taste.
Therefore everyone who don’t know what is Kabuki can enjoy Kabuki.

He passed away and now his son Kankuro is inheritor of his will.
Chochin which is Japanese style of lights are around the theatre and make me feel Historical Japan.
There are no Hanamichi and it is a huge difference between Japanese theatre and Lincolin Center but they did very very great job, and I really impressed.
When I come back to Japan, I would like to see Kabuki again.

At the Bryant Park,
It is a Broadway Week and we can see the great sing and dance and actors and actress in Bryant Park!
It is weekday and noon event, so not many people can’t go there, but I am going!!

He is so much talented person and very nice guy.
I don’t know too much about him, but I became fun of him.
